I read from local magazine that Cagayan de Oro City is the only "moving city" in the country.i somehow agree theres a public transportation on the river called "TAXI CAB" costing 8 pesos per terminal .BIG MALLS , CALL CENTERS ,SCHOOL located at the top viewing the enitre city.
