actually some people were conscious of the environment so they put "BAWAL MAGTAPON DITO"but still most pinoys are hard headed, theres a pile of sacks of garbage being dumped in a wrong place, have they noticed the sign or simply they just cant read?
anyways, i heard from one "american" while reading the jeepney FILIPINO HOUSES WERE EXTREMELY CLEAN BUT LOOK OUTSIDE IS A REALLY MESSED UP!
