The so called "Justin Bieber mad and arrogant video" that was recorded on his departure to SIngapore after his major concert in the Philippines. Reportedly the fan who was hurt by the maltreatment to his father uploaded this footage online and thus spread it like a wildfire. On his Philippine tour he was suffering from chest infection while performing his concert tour. COuld be the reason why he wasn't in the mood for autograph signing.
